Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Chirag Mehta
Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Chirag Mehta is a triple board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with fellowship training in microvascular and hand surgery. A Wichita Falls native, he is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Plastic Surgery–Hand Surgery, and the American Board of Surgery. He specializes in cosmetic, reconstructive, and hand procedures, including face and neck lifts, breast augmentation, and mommy makeovers. Dr. Mehta leads Chirag Mehta MD Plastic Surgery and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
He earned his B.S. in Biology from Trinity University and his medical degree from St. George’s University. He completed a general surgery residency and fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at WellSpan Health in Pennsylvania, followed by a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Temple University in Philadelphia. Recognized as a Top Surgeon by D Magazine (2021–2024), he has also been featured in Texas Super Doctors (2021–2023) and Best of Texoma (2019–2021). Outside of work, he enjoys golf, tennis, cooking, and spending time with his wife and three sons.

Cassandra Faulkner, MBA
Director of Operations
Cassandra Faulkner, known as “Cass,” serves as our Director of Operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baylor University. With over 20 years of diverse experience across various sectors, including healthcare, broadcast media, marketing, finance, sales, and business management, Cass brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Her extensive skill set includes practice management, financial analysis and reporting, contract negotiations, operations in clinics and surgery centers, customer service and patient relations, billing and collections, strategic planning, and organizational development. Cass oversees all operational and financial dimensions of the business, leading her team with enthusiasm and unwavering support.
Beyond her professional life, Cass has a deep love for dogs, enjoys a wide range of music, delights in good food and wine, and is committed to maintaining her fitness routine!

Debbie Cole
Insurance Coordinator
Debbie Cole is our Surgery Scheduler/Surgery Coordinator. She is responsible for managing Dr. Mehta’s surgery schedule and ensuring the seamless coordination of procedures with our out-patient surgery center and hospitals. She plays a vital role in promoting efficient patient care by overseeing pre-surgical processes, maintaining open lines of communication with patients, and assisting the surgical team. With a sharp attention to detail, Debbie makes certain that patients are well-informed, and that Dr. Mehta has all the necessary resources for each operation. She excels at keeping patient records accurate and organized, encompassing medical histories, test results, and surgical documentation.
In her personal time, Debbie enjoys quality moments with her dogs and delights in shopping.
Sarah Vaughn
Front Desk Coordinator
Sarah Vaughn is our Front Desk Coordinator, bringing 15 years of devoted experience in customer service and patient care. She is instrumental in cultivating a friendly environment for patients. Sarah warmly welcomes guests, skillfully handles phone inquiries, coordinates appointment scheduling, and manages the check-in and check-out procedures to ensure everything flows seamlessly. She also takes charge of insurance referrals, working diligently to meet patient needs and support effective care coordination. Her dedication to providing outstanding customer service goes beyond her job responsibilities, and she takes immense pride in building strong relationships with patients and team members.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah delights in spending quality time with her children and family, enjoys watching true crime shows, and loves quiet moments at the lake.
Jessica Pettit
Clinical Lead, Medical Assistant
Jessica Pettit, known as “Jess,” serves as our lead medical assistant, bringing over a decade of committed experience in the healthcare sector. Throughout her journey as a medical assistant, Jess has developed a diverse skill set encompassing patient care and administrative responsibilities, ensuring the seamless operation of both clinical and administrative functions within the practice.
As a mother of three, she skillfully juggles the demands of her children’s sports activities and daily routines. Outside of her professional commitments, Jess cherishes spending time with family and friends, enjoys shopping during her downtime, and finds joy in life’s small, relaxing moments.
Lauren Johnson
Medical Assistant
Lauren Johnson is a committed and meticulous medical assistant boasting more than 12 years of experience in delivering outstanding patient care. Collaborating closely with Dr. Mehta, she ensures that each patient receives attentive and top-notch service.
When she’s not on the job, Lauren treasures quality moments with her family and friends. A fan of reality television, she also enjoys traveling to discover new places and passionately supports the Dallas Mavericks alongside her daughter.
Amy Pruitt
Revenue Cycle Manager
Amy Pruitt serves as our Revenue Cycle Manager (also known as Medical Billing Manager) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Texas Woman’s University. She is always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance processes and achieve results for our organization while ensuring exceptional care for our patients. With more than 20 years of expertise in revenue cycle management, Amy excels at pinpointing areas for improvement in billing procedures, adopting new technologies, and tackling complex billing challenges.
In her leisure time, Amy enjoys quality moments with her family and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks, relishing every chance to watch NFL, NBA, and WNBA games!

Vaunda Hickman, RN
Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Vaunda Hickman is our Registered Nurse, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. With over 21 years of nursing experience, Vaunda has established herself as one of the top nurse injectors in the Dallas Metroplex and North Texas. She is certified by the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector, a distinction held by only a select few in Texas.
Vaunda is expertly trained in administering a wide range of injectables, including neurotoxins, RA fillers, Sculptra Aesthetic, Radiesse, Kybella, and more. Her artistic eye and exceptional precision enable her to deliver beautiful, natural-looking results, even in the most challenging and sensitive areas.
Outside of her professional life, Vaunda enjoys spending quality time with her husband, adult children, and grandchildren, as well as embracing a peaceful life in the country with lots of animals.
Rose Partain
Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician
Rose is a Licensed Esthetician and Senior Laser Technician, bringing expertise from her background in dermatology and plastic surgery. Her primary focus is on tailoring treatment plans to suit the individual needs of each patient, whether they are dealing with anti-aging solutions, acne issues or other aesthetic goals. Motivated by her daughter’s own battle with acne, Rose has gained profound insights into skin conditions and the complexities of achieving healthy skin.
Rose is passionate about helping her clients appreciate their natural beauty and empowering them to feel self-assured in their own skin. She takes great pride in fostering lasting relationships with her clients by educating them on skin health and delivering personalized care.
