"Dr. Mehta is hands down amazing!! If you want to not only look amazing but feel amazing after surgery, then look no further! I had a breast augmentation with lift last year by a surgeon in the metroplex and was under the impression that I would be getting 380ml implants going into surgery. I went home with a drain on each side of my breasts and when I was finally awake enough, and read over my paperwork, I discovered my implant size was only 295ml!!! The previous surgeon told me that it was because I didn’t have enough skin to stretch any bigger of implant into and even with the 295ml implants, he had barely enough tissue to stitch back together!! Due to him stitching my skin so tightly it lost blood flow and became necrotic immediately!!! After 6 months of healing and being off of work: not being able to take a shower, only sponge baths for 3 months, having multiple debridements by the previous surgeon and his NP’s, having a wound vac for 3 of those months to my breasts, leaving that previous surgeon because I thought I was going to die due to the tissue kept dying, getting deeper and more necrotic each week that went by, to seeking help from a wound care professional, I finally healed, but was left with horrible scarring and hating the appearance of my breasts, that honestly looked no different than before surgery!!! Fast forward one year. I was in a car wreck and due to impact from the air bag, and pain/injury to my breasts, I was referred by a friend and co-worker to Dr. Mehta, and thank God I was!! He was upfront with me from the beginning. He told me that he would try his best to go a little bigger with my implant size, but was unsure if that would be possible, and I was just happy knowing what to expect waking up from surgery, and knowing that my breasts would be repaired and corrected at least!! Waking up from surgery with Dr. Mehta, I was told by his amazing staff in the surgery center that he was able to place 385ml implants, after all!! Immediately, you could see cleavage, unlike before, and my postop instructions has been a breeze!!! I didn’t have 1 drain leaving the surgery center, was able to shower 2 days after surgery, went back to work 1 week later, and I still can’t believe how easy he made this surgery!! The previous surgeon had even put me on antibiotics and Gabapentin prior to the surgery, and I kept asking Dr Mehta and his office if I needed this and was so scared that I would, but I didn’t and haven’t needed it at all!! I was traumatized by the previous surgeon and I am 100% sure I have PTSD from my prior experience, but Dr. Mehta has restored my faith in Plastic Surgery, and I WILL NEVER go to anyone else but DR. MEHTA!!!! I can’t praise him or thank him enough!! My outcome being just 3 weeks out is amazing and I’m so happy with my results!! Everyone comments on how much different my appearance looks now in just T Shirts, and my husband’s sanity has also been at ease because of the experience this time!!! If I could give Dr. Mehta 100 stars in this review I would!! So, again, if you are looking for a kind, honest, caring, and professional surgeon, I can promise you that you’ve found it Dr. Mehta!!! 🖤🖤🖤"
"Dr Mehta performed my trigger finger surgery and I've had terrific results. I had abdominoplasty-extended with flank and central liposuction plus mastopexy in Dec 2023. "Another Great Surgery from Dr. Mehta - On my 1 year post-OP appointment with Dr. Mehta for my thighplasty I was so pleased I booked my arm lift that same day. My arm lift was scheduled and performed on 5/5/23 and it went just as smoothly as before. The nurses in the Surgery Center are stellar and I trust they care for me as if I'm family. I even got a pre-surgery hug. LolSurgery was under 3 hours and I was back to normal (not needing any help) after a week. I only took pain pills for 3 days and then only had swelling but it has gone down A LOT since the surgery. Today marks 2 weeks since my arm lift and the incision is healing so well. I bet it is going to be very thin and light as it's looking now plus I'm wearing a rash guard when out during summer to keep them the sun off the incision sites.Once I'm at 1 year post-OP for this surgery I will book a Mommy Makeover with him to get my tummy and breast done. His pricing is higher than other doctors but between the advice he gives, how well the staff treats me, and his work I am not going to select my surgeon on cheapest price. I regret not taking a before picture of my bat wings but they were very droopy."

"Amazing results - this experience has been life changing for me - Dr. Mehta and his team were absolutely amazing! In December, Dr. Mehta completed a mommy maker for me which included a tummy tuck and breast lift. During our initial consultation, he was fantastic. "BBL and 360 lipo of back, stomach, chin, jawline, neck, and arms with an etching - I wanted this done for a while and finally pulled the trigger. I I workout and had a good size booty, but I wanted more in my hip dips and upper part. Plus I wanted my fat gone. Dr. Mehta is amazing, he made me so happy! He was up front and told me he will not use fat form my chin or arms for my butt. I said I not care just get rid of it lol! Originally my surgery was scheduled for February 1st, but we had a ice storm and it was rescheduled to February 22nd. On Monday, February 6 I got a text from Mehta's patient coordinator who told me they can get me in February 8th! I was excited! I had to be there at 6:30 ready to roll. Surgery was 6 hours long. I woke up not feeling a thing. We stayed at a hotel right by the surgery center which made things more convenient. I have 3 dogs at home and didn't want them near me, especially while I was draining. Guys it's a lot, for me I ha one particular area near my vagina that kept leaking. I was soaking 1 to 2 surgical pads every hour. It finally let up and now no drainage. Today has been rough for me because I was so tired yesterday that I wanted to be up today. I should have napped more because I'm wore out. I'll tell you each time you get up from sleeping it hurts so bad because you have literally use your arms and thighs!!! Important please consider going to the gym to gain some type of muscle before you get this surgery.Updated on 10 Feb 2023:I woke up at 7 this morning having to go to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. I recommend getting a detachable shower head. Literally has worked wonders for me. I do as much as I can, but hop in the shower to clean myself better. Moving around is getting easier day by day. My arm strength is really helping, please consider doing some type of workouts before this surgery! I have my first lymphatic massage on Saturday at 11, I’m ready for it. I know it will be painful, but worth it. Ready for my bbl chair to come in so I can sit little more comfortably. I will post more pics later. Updated on 11 Feb 2023:Today is way better for me, had my lymphatic massage. This go around was very easy, but next will be very intense. I have lost 2 inches in my waist since yesterday. I’m so ready to have my energy back!!!Updated on 13 Feb 2023:I have my postop appointment tomorrow so I will definitely update you guys. This is definitely not like a boob job or anything like that. It is so much worse at least for me. I have so much swelling in my feet and my ankles and my knees it’s insane. I do see how depression comes in to play with this. I feel ugly, but I know it’s all for the right reasons. I am just on here trying to keep everything as real as possible and let you guys know how I feel from day today, just in case anyone else feels the same as me.Updated on 14 Feb 2023:I feel so much better, Dr. Mehta drained my fluid build up in the office. Since I had previously had a tummy tuck my fluid built up in my abdomen, when usually people hold it in their back area. I am getting a 2nd lymphatic massage tomorrow and then on Thursday I go back to the doctor and get drained more. I am having a very productive week thank goodness! On Friday I am going to Frisco to be fitted for my Faja!!!! My healing process I getting shorter!!!Updated on 17 Feb 2023:Just got my faja and boards today, had to shower so I figured I would take pics. I feel so much better with them and they are helping with the swelling. I also got my chair in today! Updated on 9 Mar 2023:Finally I’m still draining, but my stomach is getting smaller! "Never looked better – my boobs look real and not fake - I had my mommy make over on 09.24.21 and it was the best decision ever. I had a tummy tuck, Lipo, and redid my implants. I went from 540cc to 385cc. I feel like I have never looked better. I love the fact my boobs look real and not fake. Dr. Metha did a great job. I would choose him all over again."

"Dr. Mehta is phenomenal. The absolute best. He and the entire staff at this office listen and respond to all concerns. I felt comfortable from day one. We really can nitpick our physical appearance and he not only is an amazing surgeon but listens and is so empowering and positive about the whole process. I was definitely nervous since this was my first cosmetic procedure but I was immediately made to feel comfortable and heard. I had another consult scheduled in Norman, Ok, but canceled it the day I had my consult with Dr. Mehta and haven't regretted it one bit. He absolutely nailed exactly what I was wanting as far as breast augmentation and I couldn't imagine a better experience. My healing process is much better than I expected and he truly does incredible work. Bedside manner is 10/10 consistently. "I am so thankful for Dr. Mehta and his staff at Regional Plastic Surgery Center. I met him in February of 2021 after he saw my daughter for a dog bite to her face. He won me over with how patient and compassionate he was with her. I had my consultation for a mommy make over a few weeks later and he sat with me for a little over an hour going over everything that he could do for me. I have lost 80lbs and had an excess of loose skin in my sides and lower stomach. He sat with me and explained in detail everything he could do and what he recommended. I felt 100% confident in him. There’s a reason he has numerous awards hanging in the waiting area with his name on them. He did a breast lift and a tummy tuck with liposuction to my underarm area, flanks and stomach. I have been blown away in my healing process. Everything he said in the consultation and pre-op happened and he follows through in what he says he will do for you. "So far a great thigh lift experience! Set realistic expectations - I am very modest and easily uncomfortable having doctors examining me but never felt that way with Dr. Mehta. I think he shoots it straight and gave me so much information...stuff that I never would've thought of to ask. The procedure was more expensive than I thought it would be but I booked it the same day. I was sure he was the right doctor and would do the very best job to address my issues and set realistic expectations. I love Dr. Mehta and his staff. They are fun, down to Earth, and still professional.Updated on 25 Apr 2022:I have hated my legs for as long as I can remember so I finally made an appointment to see what could be done to address the saggy skin on my upper thighs, the contour irregularities, and the bulky calves. Dr. Mehta examined me and set a plan to normalize my legs. He provided a crescent thighplasty with lipo to the calves to debulk and thighs to contour. I'm only 1 week post-op and couldn't be happier!! Dr. Mehta understood the assignment!!!Updated on 30 May 2022:I love my "new" legs! It has been about a month in which im now pain-free and getting around good again. My incisions are healing, and swelling continues to go down. I've gone to 4-5 lymphatic massages and despite the cost and recovery, I am so thankful for the procedures. I can't believe the vast difference in my calves especially. I go back to see Dr. Mehta in 2 weeks and I think he's going to be pleased too.Updated on 19 May 2023:Thought I would post an update now that my legs are completely healed from surgery. Honestly I couldn't be happier with my results and feel so much mote comfortable in my own skin and especially in shorts. This picture is before surgery and now at 1 year post-OP. On my 1 year checkup, I booked a brachioplasty with the same surgeon to get rid of the bat wings."

"I would like to thank Dr. Mehta and his staff. Fifteen years ago I made a horrible decision to get large breast implants, since then I have had nothing but health issues and insecurity issues due to them being so large. I had a bad experience in 2012 under anesthesia for another surgery and never wanted to go through a surgery again but lately the implants seemed to make my life miserable. I made the decision to start consulting with a few plastic surgeons for explant and reduction of my breasts. I spoke to two and was not impressed with either the doctor or staff members. I then got a referral from a friend to see Dr. Mehta and was so impressed. I first spoke with Cass at his Sherman office and she was more than helpful. I then had my consult with Dr. Mehta and he took his time and went through everything with me and was very real and honest. I made the decision to have the procedure and Wow! I am so very happy I did! From his staff, surgery center staff and Dr. Mehta, they were all so wonderful and caring. Plus, ,my breast look amazing! I feel like a new person and so very thankful. If you are thinking about having a procedure I highly recommend him."

There was a mix up with the pharmacy...and after closing hours I still didn’t have the right prescription for my eyes. He called back and forth on a Friday night. Never once did he seem frustrated that he was using up his own time. Followed up with an early call on Monday morning to be sure all was well. The surgery went perfectly and I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is an excellent surgeon and just a really nice guy! Docs like him are a rare breed these days!"

"Dr. Mehta’s office is absolutely five stars, the front office, the nurses, and especially the doctor. Christie, the nurse, was able to explain the process and correct the misinformation we had received from the dermatologist’s office from the first phone call. In the front office, Alex, was informative, always pleasant, and very helpful. Especially when additional paperwork was needed for insurance purposes. She quickly found the needed documents and said she was happy to help. In fact, throughout the entire process, the office visits were a pleasant experience because of the overall attitude of the staff. It was quite a change from many other doctor’s offices. For each step, Dr. Mehta explained everything and answered all of our questions in a kind and courteous way, complete and without any condescension. Even after the surgery, when I had a question over the weekend and called the after-hours number, Dr. Mehta returned my call personally. It was quite a surprise; I was expecting a nurse or a PA, but he said his patients are very important and he was the one who knew about the case and would best be able to answer any questions. Every follow-up visit was equally impressive with that level of care as well. My mom and I can not recommend him highly enough."

"I urgently needed my eye lids done and chose Dr. Mehta (warm, friendly and meticulous), whom I immensely trusted to do the surgery on my eyes making them look their best. "One of a Kind Doctor - I couldn’t be more thankful than to have been able to have Dr. Mehta as my plastic surgeon. I chose to follow through with a cosmetic Breast Aug, and lift. I had been thinking of having this surgery for so long, and went ahead and finally decided to do it after having three kiddos which changed my body and diminished my confidence. I search all over the area for a doctor that I felt confident in, and after going through so many doctors I stumbled upon him. I set up a consultation and immediately knew that I wanted him to do my surgery. I have never had a surgery in my life, and was a nervous wreck just an hour before surgery, the nurses and Dr. Mehta calmed me down tremendously and made me feel like everything was going to be just fine.... which it was. "I had silicone implants. They feel and look amazing - Dr Mehta is great. I had a inplant rupture and he took them out and replace them. I had saline and he did silicone and said I would like them better. He was right they feel look amazing.
